Fertility law attorney Phoebe Sadler has a background in family law and has been practicing exclusively in the area of assisted reproduction technology (ART) law since 2018. Phoebe first began learning about international surrogacy while studying abroad at Bond University in Australia and continued to pursue the topic through an independent study at Western New England University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Law and Society. Knowing that surrogacy is most prevalent in California, Phoebe moved from New England to California to attend law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she continued to study health law and reproduction, graduating with her law degree, a certificate of concentration in Children’s Rights, and Pro Bono Legal Services Recognition from the University of San Diego School of Law, State Bar of California, and Legal Aid Society of San Diego.
Phoebe is a member of the American Bar Association ART Committee, and loves working with donors, surrogates, and intended parents as they navigate the legal processes of contract negotiations and establishing parental rights.
