Meg joined IFLG in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in assisted reproduction, with a strong background in case management from the agency perspective. As a three-time surrogate herself, Meg is deeply passionate about supporting intended parents on their journey to parenthood.

Outside of work, Meg keeps busy on her family farm alongside her husband and two daughters. Her weekends are a whirlwind of delivering fresh eggs, shopping with her oldest, supporting her youngest at archery and trap shooting events, and soaking up time with her family — whenever she gets the chance to slow down!
