Tobias Devooght is the German-speaking consultant at International Fertility Law Group and the father of two children born through surrogacy journeys in the United States.

Together with his husband Dennis, Tobias became a father to their daughter Summer in August 2019 and their son Jaden in April 2021. Having experienced the process firsthand, he brings practical insight into the emotional, medical, legal, ethical, and organizational questions intended parents may encounter.

Based in Germany, Tobias supports intended parents as they explore international surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF, helping them understand the process and make informed decisions. In addition to his work with IFLG, Tobias and Dennis run the educational platform @dads.kids.miracles and initiated the “Herzensabende,” in-person gatherings for intended parents, families, and professionals.

Tobias has been featured in German media, including ZDF and ARD/NDR, and serves on the boards of VFLLD and the FEEL Community.
