International Fertility Law Group is seeking a highly trained Attorney-Client Trust Accounting Professional to join our growing firm.
Please note that this is an entry-level, IN-OFFICE position in our Los Angeles Office. This position is not suited for remote working.

About the role
You will be responsible for all aspects of attorney-client trust accounting in a high volume, fast-paced setting, with an initial emphasis on accurately processing payments.
Your qualifications:
We’d love to hear from you if …
- You have family law firm experience with at least 1-2 years of experience working full time in an attorney-client trust account.
- You have solid experience in a PC environment with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks – both online and desktop.
- You have a stellar work ethic, you are professional and reliable, interested in this industry, organized, have a drive to learn and succeed, know how to ask questions, and have superb people skills on the phone, in person, and via email.
- You are extremely attentive to details, have experience with accounts payable and account receivable, have excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multi-task, accuracy in keying entries, problem solving skills, and are eager to learn.
Pluses, but not required: Additionally, familiarity with NetDocs and Time Matters (or similar customer database systems) and experience in a fertility or family law firm, family law court, surrogacy or egg donation agencies or IVF clinics are all highly preferred, but not required. A background check will be administered.
